The African Alliance of Rhode Island (AARI) Young Adults Committee hosted their first Jollof Cook off Competition this past Saturday, April 28th at The Rising Mills in Providence, RI. Several restaurant and caterers participated in this cook off where the attendees were able enjoy free samples and vote for their favorite Jollof.
